2004-002-ORD APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - MEDICAL CENTER AND HOSPITAL
ORDINANCE NO. 2004'-002
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-MEDICAL CENTER AND HOSPITAL (PD-d)
AND OFFICE CENTER (PD-f), PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE
ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-038, FOR LOT 14-E,
CITY BLOCK 249, RED RIVER BUSINESS PARK; MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted
Ordinance No. 2000-038, on August 14, 2000, establishing a Planned Development District-
Medical Center and Hospital (PD-d) and Office Center (PD-f) on Lot 14-E, City Block 249, Red
River Business Park, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the SIte plan for said Planned
Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 14-E, City Block 249,
Red River Business Park, located in the 2900 block of Pine Mill Road, attached hereto as Exhibit
A, be, and the same is hereby, approved.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective on February 1, 2004.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2004.
