2005-024-ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE TO DESIGNATE VARIOUS LOCAL TRUCK ROUTES WITHIN COP
WHEREAS, among t ose traffi control designations and route eva ~ated by the
Traffic Commission is the esignati n or local truck routes throu out the City in
conformance with Section 3l-52(b) of he Code of Ordinances; and,
WHEREAS, the Tra fic Com issipn, at its regular meeting f J ne 7, 2005,
considered and evaluated v ious sug stions and requests for the de igna ,on of local
truck routes at various locat ons throu ol-It the City, and, having do e s I found and
determined that the designati n oflocal truGk routes in the City is neces ary t protect the
health and safety and is in th best inte ests of the citizens of the City f Pa is, and have
so recommended such rou es to th City Council of the City f P tis; NOW,
