1. Call meeting to order -Jill Drake 4:35 pm
2. Approval of minutes of January 10, 2017. Motion was made Randy Hider and seconded by Glee Emmite. Motion carried.
3. John Godwin, City Manager presented a proposed ordinance on Vacant Building Registry. Members questioned the
provisions of the document. Motion was made to support the proposed ordinance by Randy Hider and seconded by Laurie
Redus.
4. Carla Easton, City Engineer gave an overview of the proposed improvements for Farmers Market.
5. Motion to adjourn was made by Glee Emmite seconded by Laurie Redus. Motion carried at 4:56 pm.
6. Tour of Farmers Market was made by the Board Members present to see the areas to be improved and to the exchange ides.
