MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA
April 11, 2017
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet at Station One in the
Conference Room on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
1. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted.
2. Approve the minutes from the February 2017 meeting.
3. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
4. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding the Board Officer Positions.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding a replacement for the open Civilian Board member
position.
7. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
