BACKGROUND: Wayne Brown owns lots 1 -3 of Pecan Place Phase 4 located in the 4300
Block of Pine Mill Road. The property is currently zoned Multi- Family. The owner is
proposing to construct single family dwellings on 3.96 Acres. The preliminary plat was
approved November 7, 2016 and the owner has completed the public infrastructure necessary for
the development.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property, and it was approved
by the Planning & Zoning Commission on April 3, 2017. It appears that the final plat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations, subject to the following revision.
1. Identify the drainage detention area and dimensions
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat with noted revision.
