Governing Board Minutes
Love Civic Center
April 14, 2016
Present: Bobby Walters, Kern Wright, Randy Nation, Chadlee Johnston, Curtis Fendley, Jeff Martin,
Kenneth Webb, Jimmie Hopson, Steve Keywood, Edwin Pickle, Stephen Gerrald, and Troy Scholl.
Staff: Ken Higdon, Becky Semple, Gina Crawford
Curtis Fendley called meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
A motion to approve the February minutes and financials was made by Chad Lee Johnston, seconded by
Kenneth Webb, all approved.
Randy Nation stated that we had some roof damage, but it has been repaired.
Randy Nation said the ice machine was in and working and the old one has been removed.
Curtis Fendley reported that the work for the pads at back of building has been completed.
ASA results were fantastic, we had 1570 shooters.
Randy Nation said there were no updates on maintenance contracts.
A long range committee will be formed after tax season.
The next meeting will be on June 9, 2016
With nothing further, meeting was adjourned at 4:21 pm.
