FINAL PLAT

BACKGROUND: Robert Giberson owns Lot 1 Block A of City Block 86 located at 741 NW 91"
Street. The property is currently zoned Commercial, and the owner is proposing to construct
single family dwelling with a home occupation for office on 8.429 Acres.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a final plat of the property, which was approved
by the Planning & Zoning Commission on May 3, 2017. Water and sewer infrastructure is
available to the site, and it appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision
regulations, subject to the following revisions.
1. Revise the zoning to reflect recent change to Commercial (C)
2. Provide the minimum finished floor elevations of proposed buildings
3. Provide a 10' utility easement along frontage of Campbell, 91h NW, and Shiloh Streets
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat with noted revisions.
