1999-139-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN FURNISHED A LIST OF
RESOLUTION NO. 'l'l-11'l
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been furnished a list of the
candidates for membership on the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of casting the City of Paris's eight hundred
twenty-nine (829) votes for Richard Manning; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
City of Paris's eight hundred twenty-nine (829) votes be, and the same are hereby, cast for
Richard Manning as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mattie Cunningham, City Clerk, be, and she is
hereby, directed to execute the City of Paris's ballot and deliver the same to the Lamar County
Appraisal District.
