Discussion and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code
inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to
determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the
National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic
property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris.
Code Enforcement recommends the following houses for demolition:

C. 623 6th SE
D. 424 Graham
E. 408 10th NE
F. 604 12th SE
G. 400 12 NE
7. Discussion and Possible action on COA # 2016 -57 denied at the December 14, 2017
fireplace installed in front door opening.
8. Discussion and Possible action on COA #2016 -29, incomplete painting of trim on house.

Administratively approved COAs: 2017 -17 1117 Church Street, Paint exterior body of the
house HC -4 Hawthorn Yellow and White Trim, Repair on Porch floor.
Review of website, collective and standalone district, municode for ordinance review, and
training on THC website.
