RESOLUTION NO. 99-036
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 17th day of
August, 1998, in Resolution No. 98-123, authorize the execution of a special warranty deed
conveying to adjacent property owners the City's interest in the closed right-of-way located north
of Lot 4, Block A, and Lot 3, Block B, in the Southwest Industrial Park; and,
WHEREAS, upon researching the plat of the property, it was determined that the right-of-
way reverted back to the Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation upon closure of the same; therefore,
it is deemed appropriate that said Resolution No. 98-123 be repealed and declared null and void
and of no effect; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Resolution No. 98-123 be, and the same is hereby, repealed and declared null and void and of no
effect.
