1999-054-SHARP COPIER MODEL SF-8500, SURPLUS PROPERTY
RESOLUTION NO. 99-054
WHEREAS, the Sharp copier, Model SF-8500, which was purchased in February 1989,
has been removed from service and is no longer being used by the Paris Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, although said copier is still operable, it is not reliable for heavy use and there
is no need for it elsewhere within the City; therefore, it would be right and proper to declare the
same to be surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
Sharp Copier, Model SF-8500, be, and the same is hereby, declared to be surplus property and
the same may be disposed of in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the Charter
of the City of Paris.
