1999-059-PEDC MEMBER APPOINTMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 99-059
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Michael R. Rhodes and Barney Bray, III, as members
of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation, will expire on July
19, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, does hereby recommend
the reappointment of Michael R. Rhodes and the appointment of Donald Wall for terms of three
(3) years, beginning July 20, 1999, and ending July 19,2002; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Michael R. Rhodes be, and he is hereby, reappointed, and that Donald Wall be, and he is hereby,
appointed to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development
Corporation for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 20, 1999, and ending July 19, 2002.
