1999-069-SEWER EXTENSION FOR COPE ADDITION, ALONG MEADOWLARK, MOCKINGBIRD, COPE AND PINE MILL STREETS
RESOLUTION NO. 99-069
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a request for a new
sanitary sewer extension for the Cope Addition along Meadowlark, Mockingbird, Cope and
Pine Mill Streets, thence southerly to tie into existing City collection systems, which could
be best served by a pro rata sanitary sewer extension, containing approximately 5,700 linear
feet of 8" P.V.C. sanitary sewer line and appurtances; and,
WHEREAS, it would be right and proper to have a public hearing concerning the
same at the regular council meeting on July 12, 1999, at which time the City Council will
determine whether or not the pro rata project should be had; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of the City of Paris in regular
session convened on the 12th day of July, 1999, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the City Council
Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, at which time the matter of a sanitary sewer line pro rata
extension for the Cope Addition along Meadowlark, Mockingbird, Cope, and Pine Mill
Streets, thence southerly to tie into existing City collection system will be considered.
