RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the terms of office of Toni Clem, James M. Brunette, and Edmond
Castleberry, as members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June
30, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Paris, Mary Ann Fisher, has
reappointed Toni Clem, James M. Brunette, and Edmond Castleberry, for terms of one (1)
year, beginning July 1, 1999, and ending June 30,2000, and has submitted the names of
such persons to the City Council for confirmation; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the reappointments of Toni Clem, James M. Brunette, and Edmond Castleberry, as members
of the Band Commission of the City of Paris for terms of one (1) year, beginning July 1,
1999, and ending June 30, 2000, be, and the same are hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999.
