RESOLUTION NO.
99-071
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Bill Davidson and Tommy Gantt, as alternate
members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Paris, Mary Ann Fisher, does
hereby recommend the reappointments of Tommy Gantt and Bill Davidson for terms of two
(2) years, beginning July 1, 1999, and ending June 30,2001; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Bill Davidson Tommy Gantt be, and they are hereby, reappointed to serve as alternate
members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years,
beginning July 1, 1999, and ending June 30,2001.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1999.
