1999-127-ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES, EMPLOYEE UNIFORMS CONTRACT
RESOLUTION NO. 99-127
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 13th day of
October, 1997, in Resolution No. 97-124, authorize the execution of an Employee Uniforms
Contract with Aramark Uniform Services for a period of two (2) years, beginning November 1,
1997, and ending October 31, 1999, with a one (1) year option ending October 31,2000; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is pleased with the services provided by Aramark, and it
is desirous of exercising said option; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the one
(1) year option, beginning November 1, 1999, and ending October 31,2000, provided for in
paragraph 3 of the Employee Uniforms Contract with Aramark Uniform Services be, and the same
is hereby, exercised.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Octo er, 1999.
