1999-133-LAMAR COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD NOMINATION
RESOLUTION NO. 99-133
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been asked to nominate a candidate
for membership on the Board of Directors of the Lamar County Appraisal District; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of nominating Richard Manning; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Richard
Manning be, and he is hereby, nominated to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the
Lamar County Appraisal District; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham, be, and she is
hereby, directed to timely deliver a copy ofthis Resolution to the Lamar County Appraisal District.
