2000-185-RES APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY
RESOLUTION NO. 2000-185
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE AIRPORT ADVISORY
BOARD TO SERVE THE UNEXPIRED TERMS OF PAM CAMPBELL AND
ANTHONY DAIGLE, WHICH TERMS EXPIRE DECEMBER 31, 2002;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there exists two vacancies on the membership of the Airport Advisory Board
of the City of Paris due to the death of Pam Campbell and the resignation of Anthony Daigle, and
it is necessary to appoint their successors; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointments of
James Proctor and Paul Golden to serve the unexpired terms of Pam Campbell and Anthony Daigle,
which terms end December 31, 2002; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That James Proctor and Paul Golden be, and they are hereby, appointed to serve
the unexpired terms of Pam Campbell and Anthony Daigle, which terms end December 3 I, 2002,
as a members of the Airport Advisory Board of the City of Paris.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
