2000-188-RES REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND
RESOLUTION NO. 2000-188
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Reeves Hayter, Curtis Fendley. Bill Coleman, and Bobby
1. Myers, as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31,2000; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment of
Reeves Hayter, Curtis Fendley, Bill Coleman, and Bobby 1. Myers for terms of three (3) years,
beginning January I, 2001, and ending December 31,2003; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That Reeves Hayter, Curtis Fendley, Bill Coleman, and Bobby 1. Myers be, and
they are hereby, reappointed, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning January 1, 2001, and ending December 31, 2003.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage_
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lIth day of December, 2000.
