The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet at Station One in the
Conference Room on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted.
3. Presentation by Malnory, McNeal & Co PC of the 2016 Financial Audit.
a. Review and approve the 2016 Financial Audit.
4. Presentation by Westwood
a. Discussion and possible action regarding the presentation by Westwood.
5. Approve the minutes from the August 2017 meeting.
6. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
7. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
8. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
9. Adjourn
