3. Public hearing, consideration of, and action on the Certificate of Appropriateness application
for a demolition permit received by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, LLC for the structure
designated as HD -10, Part of 1033 Bonham Street, Children's Wing of the Old Sanitarium of
Paris
4. Discussion and Possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness:
A. 15 SE 1St Street Lickety Split Wine Bar, fencing of alleyway- Paula Beavers
5. Discussion on the Commission setting some goals for outreach and education for public and
property owners with historic homes and buildings within the commercial district.

inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to
determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the
National Resister of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic
property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris
