BACKGROtJND: David and Mary Schutte own Lots 12, 14, and 15 of City Block 159 located
at 10' ) I Church Street. The property is currently zoned Two -Family Dwelling District (2F). The
owner is proposing to remodel the existing single family dwelling and construct a new detached
garage.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners have submitted a final plat ol'the property to combine lots 12,
14, and 15 into one large residential lot in order to build the accessory structure/ garage. Water
and sewer infrastructure is available to the site, and it appears that the plat complies with the City
,of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
