I ) Call meeting to order- Glee Emmite at 6:27 pm
2) Discussion and possible action on a Building Improvement Grant request by Kari and Josiah Daniel, Green Boutique/Daniel
Frame. Josiah presented their plan to replace the second story windows on the north side of their building for appearance and
weather-related issues. Since the rear of the building is considered a facade since it's unobstructed by other buildings, they sought
and were given approval from the HPC, and were awarded a grant from them in the amount of $2500. Josiah presented the bids
he's received for installation, and the windows will be ordered through Paris Lumber. EC Construction will do the work for a total
of $10,400. With the grant from HPC bringing the total to $7300, we can award a BIG Grant for no more than 50% of the
remaining cost. Glee made a motion to provide the Daniels with a BIG grant in the amount of $3770, Shelley seconded, and the
motion carried.
3) With no additional business, Cody made the motion to adjourn, seconded by April. Meeting adjourned at 6>37:pm
