Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (November 7, 2017)
3. Public hearing to consider of and take action on the petition of Maverick Priest on behalf of
Gary Priest on Lot 5, Block 1, of the Pine Bluff Addition, being located at 1406 Pine Bluff
Street.
A. Section 11. 5-3 (C)(3)of the Fence Ordinance which provides that "For all fences,
the installing party shall construct the fence with the post side or "bad side" facing
the installing party's property so that the side of the fence facing adjacent properties
or the public right-of-way does not contain the structure and/or support of the
fence. This provision shall apply to both side yard and rear yard fences that face a
public right-of-way, park, school, or other public area."."
The applicant is asking to install the proposed fence with the post side or "bad side" facing
the exterior, away from his property.
