SUBJECT: MAIN STREET BOARD ANNUAL REPORT

BACKGROUND: Although we have not done it consistently, our Main Street Advisory Board
is supposed to provide an annual report to the city council updating you on its activities,
accomplishments, and upcorning plans.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Main Street Coordinator Cheri Bedford and members of her Main Street
Board will be present at the January 22 council meeting to conduct this presentation, highlighting
cornpleted improvements downtown as well as their 2018 plan of work. This will help the
council be more cognizant of activities and successes, and also provide you an opportunity to
offer suggestions or direction.
RECOMMENDATION: Presentation.
