2004-197-RES APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE TRAFFICE COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-197
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE TRAFFIC
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the term of office of GEORGE ROBINSON, as a member of the Traffic
Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the appointment of
MATT FRIERSON for a term of three (3) years, beginning July I, 2004, and ending June 30, 2007;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That MATT FRIERSON be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as a member
of the Traffic Commission ofthe City of Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 2004,
and ending June 30, 2007.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
