1998-006-TCA CABLE PARTNERS II - TEXAS COMMUNITY ANTENNAS, INC.
RESOLUTION NO. 98-006
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has received notification that Texas Community Antennas,
Inc. has formed a partnership under the name of TCA Cable Partners II; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Community Antennas, Inc. will be the managing partner of such
partnership, and it is deemed appropriate that notification of the same be acknowledged; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that TCA
Cable Partners II shall henceforth be recognized as the name under which the activities authorized
by franchise to Texas Community Antennas, Inc. will be operated; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be mailed to Tim Masters,
Local Manager of TCA Cable Partners II.
