1998-008-BUILDING COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS
RESOLUTION NO.
98-008
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Bill Davidson, Buddy Heuberger, and William Cupit,
as members of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1997;
and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S. Clifford, does hereby recommend the
reappointment of Bill Davidson as Home Builder and the appointment of Vie Ressler as Realtor
and Johnny Exum as Plumber for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1,1998, and ending
December 31,1999; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill
Davidson as Home Builder be, and he is hereby, reappointed, and that Vic Ressler as Realtor and
Johnny Exum as Plumber be, and they are hereby, appointed, to serve as members of the Building
Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 1998, and
ending December 31, 1999.
