2005-096-RES APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS AND ONE ALTERNATE TO THE BUILDING AND STADARDS COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 2005-096
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS AND ONE ALTERNATE
TO THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
PARIS TO SERVE FULL TERMS WHICH EXPIRE JUNE 30, 2007;
MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE
SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the dated terms of office of Brad Archer, Chad Brown, and Mary Crumpler,
and Alternate Patrick Brown, as members of the Building and Standards Commission of the
City of Paris, expired on June 30, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointments
of Brad Archer, Chad Brown, and Mary Crumpler and the appointment of Zach Saffie as
alternate to serve a full term which ends June 30, 2007; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved,
Section 2. That Brad Archer, Chad Brown, and Mary Crumpler be, and they are hereby
reappointed, and that Zach Saffle, alternate, be, and he is hereby appointed as alternate, to serve
as members of the Building and Standards Commission of the City of Paris for full terms which
end June 30, 2007.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
