2005-077-RES APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS
RESOLUTION NO. 2005-077
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE TRAFFIC
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Caroline Cleere, George Kimbrough, and Ed Seidle, as
members of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, have expired on June 30, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the reappointment of
George Kimbrough and Ed Seidle and the appointment ofJordan Harper for terms of three (3) years,
beginning July 1,2005, and ending June 30, 2008; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things
approved.
Section 2. That George Kimbrough and Ed Seidle be, and they are hereby, reappointed, and
that Jordan Harper be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve as members of the Traffic Commission
of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 1,2005, and ending June 30, 2008.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
