Resolution No. 2005-059, autho ze the aw d of the contract for the furnishing and 4elivery oflabor,
materials, and equipment and fo performi g all work required for applying erbipides on City of
Paris property, conditioning suc award 0 the City satisfactorily addressin the iissue of actions
taken by the contractor on grass urroundin the City Plaza; and,
WHEREAS, the City anager de ires to allow the City Council to recopsider its award
based on further information pre ented to e Council by the Manager; NO , T~EREFORE,
