PARIS, TEXAS, APPO NTING MEMBER TOTHEAIRPOR ADVISORY
BOARD TO SERVE HE UN XPIRED TERM OF JAMES PRQCTOR,
WHICH EXPIRES D CEMBE 31,2005; MAKING OTHE FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS LATED 0 THE SUBJECT; AND PR VID1NG AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there exist a vacancy n the membership of the Airport 4\dvi~ory Board of the
~Z of Paris due to the resignaf on of Jam~s Proctor, and it is necessary to atppoint his successor;
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Ci ofl'aris, Curtis Fendley, does htrebyrecommend the
appointment of Bill Boothe to se e the une pined term of James Proctor, whi~h ends December 31,
2005; NOW, THEREFORE,
