WHEREAS, the Red Ri er Valley airlAssociation has requested a~proval from the City
Council of the City of Paris to enter int a grounds sublease agreementl wit4 the American
Legion Post # 199 of Deport, T xas, in th foIim shown in Exhibit A, atta~hed hereto; and,

WHEREAS, it would b in the bes int~rests of the citizens of the city ot"Paris that such
grounds sublease agreement be approved NQW, THEREFORE, ,

TEXAS:

things approved.
