SUBJECT: STONE RIDGE ADDITION PHASE 8 - FINAL PLAT
DATE: February 16, 2018
BACKGROUND: Mr. Mark Cunningham and Mr. Larry Cunningham have developed Stone
Ridge Subdivision off FM 195. They currently own a tract of land at the west end of Boulder
Lane. The property is not in the City Limits of the City of Paris. However the City of Paris
Subdivision Regulations apply within the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (EI -J).
STATUS OF ISSUE: In April 2017, a preliminary plat for seven additional lots known as Phase
8 was approved by the Planning & Zoning Corninission. The developer has completed the
necessary infrastructure improvements associated with the project, which include approximately
600' of concrete street extension of Boulder Lane, 600' of PVC waterline extension, and
approximately 450' of sanitary sewer. It appears that the final plat complies, with the City of
Paris subdivision regulations, and it was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission on
February 5, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
