Meeting Minutes
December 201, 2017
Opening:
The regular ineeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present:
Board members present were Carol James, Christina Schock, Connie Dodd, Denise Kornegay, Mike Lazar, and
director Priscilla McAnally. Daisy Harvill and Rebecca Umphrey were absent.
1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as presented.

There was no new business.
Ill. Old Business:
There was no old business,
IV. Presentations
A. Budget Report.
There were no unusual expenditures.
B. Statistical Report.
Circulation saw a decrease of 4.6% from this time last year. Library visits had an increase of
3.89% for the same period.
V. Friends of the Library:
The Friends Book Sale will February 16 & 17, with a wine & cheese preview night for Friends
members on February 15,
V1. Director's Remarks
The next meeting will be February 21.
