Board members in, attendance were Mr, Bill! Collins, Dr. Mark Gibbons, Dr. Edo Salzman, Mrs, Nancy Stallings, Mrs, Connie I Stauter, Dr, Marc White, and Dr. Ross Williams, Others in attendance were Mrs. Gina Prestridge andl Ms. Cheryl King. Mr, Collins called the meeting to order in open session at 5:35 pi.m. Mrs, Stauter made the motion to approve minutes from, prior meeting and was seconded by Dr. Marc White. All approved, Mr. Bill Collins, was re-elected to serve as Chairman, Dr, Mark Gibbons was elected to serve as Vice -Chairman, Mrs. Connie Stauter was elected to serve as Secretary, All approved. The drive-thru flu clinic is scheduled for October 28th, 2017 at the 1 S Federal Community Bank located on Loop 2816 from 12-4 pm anyone 18 and older wanting a free flu shot. Four hundred' shots will be available. McClanahan & Holmes will be conducting a single audit at a cost of $15,000, Dr, Gibbons made the motion to approve the public information request from Erica Burkert, and was seconded by Dr. Salzman, All approved. Paris Public Library Advisory Board Meeting Minutes December 20, 2017 Opening - The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:00 p.m. Present: Board members present were Carol James, Christina Schock, Connie Dodd, Denise Komcgay, Mike Lazar, and director Priscilla McAnally. Daisy Harvill and Rebecca Umphrey were absent. 1. Approval of Minutes The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as presented, 11. New Business: There was no new business, IM Old Business: There was no old business. IV, Presentations A. Budget Report, There were no unusual expenditures, B. Statistical Report. Circulation saw a decrease of 4.6% from this time last year. Library visits had an increase of 3.89% for the same period. V. Friends of the Library: The Friends Book Sale will February 16 & 17, with a wine & cheese preview night for Friends members on February 15. V1.
