Item No. 9 <br />TO, City Council <br />John Godwin, City Manager <br />FROM: Michael Paris, PEDC Executive Director <br />SUBJECT: PEDC 2016-2017 ANNUAL AUDIT REPORT <br />DATE: March 5, 2018 <br />BACKGROUND: The Paris EDC Board nict on February 19, 2018, to discuss and possibly <br />approve the yearly Audit Report for the 2016-2017 fiscal year as presented by Brittany Martin of <br />McClanahan and Holmes. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The PEDC Board was given a presentation with the rnaior opinion frorri <br />Ms. Martin being that it was a "clean" audit, After a discussion of iters in the audit, the PEDC <br />Board voted unanirriously to accept the PEDC 2016-2017 Audit Report. <br />BUDGET: N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION: Accept the PEDC 2016-2017 Annual Audit Report as presented. <br />
