Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (February 6, 2018)
Public hearing to consider of and take action on the petition of Kenneth Adams, on Lot 30,
City Block 197, being located at 1838 Maple Avenue. The petition requests two (2)
variances as follows:
A. A variance of Section 9-102 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance which provides as follows:
9-102 (1):
(1) Schedule ininitnuin lot areas- Residential districts in square feet.
SF -2 minirnum lot area- 7,500 SF
The applicant is proposing to construct a home at 1838 Maple Avenue. This property does not
meet the schedule minimum lot area of 7,500 SK The applicant is requesting a variance of
seventy-five (75) square feet to allow the construction of a home on a 7,425 SF lot.
B. A variance of Section 9-200 (1) of the Zoning Ordinance which provides as follows:
9-200 (1):
(1) Schedule minimum lot -",,idths- Residential districts.
SF -2 minimum lot width- 60ft
The applicant is proposing to construct a horne on a forty-five (45) foot wide lot. The applicant is
requesting a fifteen (15) foot variance in width.
