BACKGROUND: Normally the City Council holds their regularly scheduled meetings on the
second and fourth Mondays of the month.
STA1'US OF ISSUE: May 28 is OLH- scheduled second meeting day in May, which is a holiday.
We usually cancel meeting dates that are on a holiday and in advance plan agenda items
accordingly, If Council wishes to schedule an additional date in May to meet, it may do so.

RECOMMENDATION. Cancel the May 28 meeting.
