The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference
Room at Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted, (Unless all item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Opel) Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing
policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Administer the Oath of Office to Kenny Dority.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding the Firefighter Trustee Position formerly held by Randy
Crawford.
S. Approve the minutes from the March 2018 meeting.
6,. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
7. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood,
& Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
