1997-025-RES WHEREAS, MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE OF COP AND MAYOR ARE
RESOLUTION NO. 97 -025
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court Judge of the City of Paris and the Mayor of the City of
Paris are disqualified from presiding in the Municipal Court case sty led and numbered State of
Texas v, Nathaniel Williams, No. PCE 1203491300; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Flanary, a duly licensed and practicing attorney in the City of Paris, is
available for appointment as Special Judge in said case and justice would be served by his
appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill
Flanary, Esquire, be, and he is hereby, appointed Special Judge in the Municipal Court case styled
and numbered State of Texas v. Nathaniel Williams, No, PCE 120349130 O.
