RESOLUTION NO. 97 -040
WHEREAS, the Municipal Court Judge of the City of Paris and the Mayor of the City
of Paris are disqualified from presiding in the Municipal Court cases styled and numbered as
follows: State of Texas v. Jacqulyne Jetton, Nos. PCE 0011792 9000 0, PCE 0011792 9400 0,
and PCE 0011792 9080 0; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Flanary, a duly licensed and practicing attorney in the City of Paris. is
available for appointment as Special Judge in said cases and justice would be served by his
appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of' THE CITY Of' PARIS, that Bill
Flanary, Esquire, be, and he is hereby, appointed Special Judge in the Municipal Court cases
styled and numbered as follows: State of Texas v. Jacqulyne Jetton, Nos. PCE 00117929000 O.
PCE 0011792 9400 0, and PCE 0011792 9080 O.
