MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AGENDA
May 8, 2018
The Board of Trustees of the Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund will meet in the Conference
Room at Station One located at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted, (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing
policy, or to a staff person with specific, factual information)
I Review and approve the election results for the open Firefighter Trustee Positions formerly held
by Randy Crawford and Jesse Strain,
4, Administer the Oath of Office to Bob Rast and Jerry Horton.
5. Discussion and action to set Board Officer Positions,
& Approve the minutes from the April 2018 meeting.
7. Review and approve all invoices presented to the Board.
8. Review and approve the Refund of Contribution for Joshua Ryals.
9. Discussion and possible action regarding the Administrative Position.
10. Discussion and possible action regarding appointing the Authorized Signers for Westwood Trust,
11. Review and approve the Financial Statements from Westwood.
12. Review and take action on correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
13. Adjourn
