The property is currently zoned Planned Development District (PD), and a development project is not proposed at this tine. STATUS OF ISSUE. The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property to realign the lot line. Water and sewer infrastructure is near to the site, and is available for extension to serve a future development. It appears that the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. The plat was approved by Planning & Zoning Commission on May 7, 2018. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat. ¢V N.
