BACKGROUND: Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church owns lots 7 and 8 of City Block 311
located at 3350 Clarksville Street. The property is currently zoned Planned Development
District (PD -b). The owner is proposing to combine lots 7 and 8 into a single 5.101 acre lot for
future construction of a monastery.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owner has submitted a preliminary and final plat of the property to
combine lots 7 and 8. Water and sewer infrastructure is available to the site, and it appears that
the plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. The plat was approved by
Planning & Zoning Commission on May 7, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION. Approve the final plat.
