1997-050-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF AN INTEREST IN THE STILLHOUSE ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 97 -050
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been made aware of an interest in
the Stillhouse Road Landfill property for a hay lease; and, and it is deemed appropriate to
advertise for bids for a hay lease on approximately 150 acres of said landfill property; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01<' PARIS, that the
City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham, be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to advertise for
bids for a hay lease on approximately 150 acres of Stillhouse Road Landfill property, said bids
to be received by 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 3, 1997, and presented to the City Council, at its next
regular or special meeting, for the purpose of letting the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of May, 1997.
