1. Chairman Call meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

2. A motion was made to approve the April 11, 2018 as presented by Commissioner Hider,
seconded by Commissioner Ernmite, Motion carried 4-0
3, The commission reviewed pictures of the structures located at 128 NE 10`r ` 1025 E Houston,
116 NE 10"' St, 473 NE 5"' ST, 25,91 W Houston and 2,890 Bonham. Chairman Dux opened
thefloorfbr questions'. Ilearing none, a motion was ma(le by Cornivissioner Emmite
acknowledging the structures cannot be rehabilitated, designated on the National Register o
flistoric Places, or as a recorded Teyas 11istoric Landmark, or eligible as historic pr as
designated 4y the City Council of 'the City ql'Paris. The motion iiws seconded by Commissioner
I-ficler, and the motion carried 5 - 0.
The commission received a report from the Historic Preservation officer of all approved Minor
Certificates of Appropriateness.
HPO reviewed the: Imagine the possibilities tour assignments for May 19, 2018,
The commission agreed to hold a special meeting for the review of a sign located at 255 1" ST
SW, South Main Iron on May 22, 2018 at 12:15 p.rn.as a future agenda item.
6. The commission adjourned at 4:35p,rn.
After the meeting the commission took a picture presenting Chris Dux a $2500 facade grant for
the gompletion of his window project.
