RESOLUTION NO. 97 -042
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 13th day of
February, 1995, in Resolution No. 95-029, authorize the execution of a Lease Agreement with
Larry Richardson for property located on part of Lots 6 and 7, City Block 251A, being number
1231 N. Main Street, Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, said lease expired on the 1st day of April, 1997, and it is deemed appropriate
to advertise for bids for lease of said property; NOW, THEREI<'ORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham, be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to advertise for
bids for a lease on property located on part of Lots 6 and 7, City Block 251 A, being number 1231
N. Main Street, Paris, Texas, said bids to be received by 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 6, 1997, and
presented to the City Council, at its next regular or special meeting, for the purpose of letting the
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1997.
