RESOLUTION NO. 97-138
WHEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of Paris has deemed it advisable to secure
additional legal counsel; and,
WHEREAS, Ron Clark, of the firm Wolfe, Clark, Henderson, & Tidwell, has been
appointed by the City Attorney, and it deemed appropriate that the City Council approve such
appointment and authorize payment for attorney's fees as billed and approved by the City
Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
appointment by the City Attorney of Ron Clark as additional legal counsel be, and the same is
hereby, approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T. K.
Haynes, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay the attorney's fees for such additional
legal counsel as billed and as approved by the City Attorney.
