SUBJECT: AIRPORT LEASETRANSFER

BACKGROUND.- We have been contacted by Maxine Aaronson, an attorney in Dallas who
represents the widow of Cox Field airport leaseholder Bob Haggard. Ms. Haggard has no
interest in retaining her husband's hangar lease, and so wishes to transfer It to Erik Zarones, We
have received an executed assignment and acceptance of lease agreement,
STATUS OF ISSUE: Such requests are provided for in Our lease contracts, and all procedures
have been followed. The city's airport advisory board met in regular session on Thursday, May
17, and unanimously recommended approval by the city council of this lease transfer request.
